What is the KLOW blend?
“KLOW” is the name the research-peptide market uses for a four-peptide blend in a single vial. It is the GLOW blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) with a fourth peptide, KPV, added. KLOW is commonly sold as an 80mg vial.
- GHK-Cu: the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys (copper tripeptide-1).
- BPC-157: a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV).
- TB-500: a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4.
- KPV: the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, derived from the C-terminal end of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH).

KLOW vs GLOW
The difference is KPV. GLOW contains GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500; KLOW contains those three plus KPV.
Regulatory status
None of these peptides is an approved medicine in its research form. The US FDA has raised safety concerns about BPC-157, and TB-500 is prohibited in competitive sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency. This product is sold for laboratory research use only.
