What is in the CJC-1295 & GHRP-6 blend?
This vial combines two research peptides that act on different receptors involved in growth hormone release, with 10mg of peptide in total.
- CJC-1295: a modified GHRH(1-29) analogue that acts on the GHRH receptor. It exists in two forms, with DAC and without DAC; check the label for the form in your batch.
- GHRP-6: a synthetic hexapeptide (His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) that acts on the ghrelin (GHS) receptor.
CJC-1295 & GHRP-6 vs Mod GRF 1-29 & GHRP-6
We list two similar blends. The Mod GRF 1-29 & GHRP-6 Blend always contains CJC-1295 without DAC. The name “CJC-1295” is used for two different compounds:
- CJC-1295 with DAC: the 29-amino-acid GHRH analogue plus a drug affinity complex (a lysine-linked maleimide group) that lets it bind albumin in the blood. In published human studies this extended its half-life to several days.
- CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29): the same 29 amino acids with no albumin-binding linker, so it is cleared within minutes to hours.
The GHRP-6 part and the 10mg total are the same in both blends. Ask us which CJC-1295 form your batch contains before ordering; it is also stated on the certificate of analysis.
Regulatory status
Neither peptide is an approved medicine. GHRH analogues and growth hormone-releasing peptides are prohibited at all times in competitive sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency. This product is sold for laboratory research use only.
