What is CJC-1295 without DAC?
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29) or Mod GRF 1-29, is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone. It is based on GHRH(1-29), also known as sermorelin, with four amino acids replaced: D-alanine at position 2, glutamine at 8, alanine at 15 and leucine at 27. Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, it has no albumin-binding linker.

Names you may see
“CJC-1295 no DAC”, “CJC-1295 without DAC”, “Modified GRF (1-29)”, “Mod GRF 1-29” and “tetrasubstituted GRF (1-29)” all refer to this compound. “CJC-1295 DAC” or “CJC-1295 with DAC” is a different compound.
Regulatory status
Modified GRF (1-29) is not an approved medicine. GHRH analogues are prohibited at all times in competitive sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency. This product is sold for laboratory research use only.

Available sizes: 5mg and 10mg
CJC-1295 without DAC is offered in two vial sizes, 5mg and 10mg. Both contain the same compound. The figure is the total amount of peptide in the vial, supplied as a dry (lyophilised) powder; it is not a concentration. A concentration only exists once a lab dissolves the powder, and it depends on how much solvent is used, so the 10mg vial is not “stronger”, it simply holds twice as much material.
